Fixes #592

It seems the spinner may be shown even when ths spinner is not
active.  So when the spinner is not active, also hide it
by setting opacity to zero.  The widget couldn't be hidden
in that case since it will interfere with the hack written
to check if osk is open or not.

This will be updated when the message list is loaded

Otherwise the status of the previously set chat would modify the
current state of chat (which shouldn't happen if chat has changed)

We don't use it anymore

We were using chatty_chat_set_encryption() in history,
but it is supposed to actually set encryption and not to
update the internal variable

So that the file chooser dialog is properly shown

So that we can let ChattyChat handle the notifications
and reduce the count of creating the avatar per notification
which is costly.

Also, this will let create per chat notification so that
multiple notifications can be shown at once.

So as to fix bogus-mail-host-in-debian-changelog lintian warning

This is currently unused, but shall be used when MMS support
has landed
