Bring back most kernel command line options

The current logic uses debconf as a registry which is a bug
since it always gives priority what's stored there making
it impossible to update unmodified conf files.

This makes the flash-kernel-installer udeb pretty useless
but we're not using d-i anyway.

`make bindeb-pkg` produces a compressed kernel so make sure
it gets uncompressed. This can also be dropped once we switch
to Debian's kernel.

Only until we switched to Debian's kernel.

This is similar to 451cf2ae.

Print the checked machine in the error messages. This helps when users
report errors or when flash-kernel runs in an image build machinery and
the machine type is passed in via FK_MACHINE.

Add support for PHICOMM N1

The subdir is required for installing the fdt file to the correct path,
which is a prerequisite for a boot loader provided $fdtfile.

The DTSs are included in Linux since the release of 5.6.0; and while not
mainline, a vendor fork of U-Boot supporting distro-boot is available and
has been tested to load the generic boot script on the Honeycomb Workstation.

A64 OLinuXino board from Olimex has three variants with onboard eMMC:
A64-OLinuXino-1Ge16GW, A64-OLinuXino-1Ge4GW and A64-OLinuXino-2Ge8G-IND. In
addition, there are two variants without eMMC. One without eMMC and one with SPI
flash. This suggests the need for separate device tree for the three eMMC
variants.

The Linux kernel upstream has chosen to create and use a separate device tree
for the eMMC variants instead of adding eMMC support existing device tree. These
changes to Linux kernel are queued for Linux 5.4.
