The timing data with our drivers doesn't seem trustworthy yet.

When the camera config does not specify ISO range, all we get there
is garbage.

This way the focus is set on the closest objects when the slider
is moved to the left side and on the farthest when it's on the right
side, which seems more intuitive.

This seems like a more sensible default.

This prevents highlights from appearing pink.

This helps unpacked 10-bit formats, as otherwise applications
assume the image to be 16-bit because of TIFFTAG_BITSPERSAMPLE.

Selfie cam still needs its own matrix, but using the new one with it
is still an upgrade so let's use it for now.
