GNOME file chooser dialog doesn't fit on screen

The GNOME file chooser dialog doesn't fit on the Librem 5 dev kit screen (width wise or height wise). Makes opening and saving files difficult in most GNOME applications.

This is noticeable in applications like Gedit and Fragments (both available on Flathub).

What hardware are you running on?

  • amd64 qemu image
  • Librem5 devkit
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
