Remove "Help" from the default applications

"Help" doesn't show any documentation about the phone UIs nor gestures and only focuses on the desktop platform.

It makes no sense keeping it visible within the default apps in the apps drawer.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
