Make Teleport work

Teleport is a cool file copying app by @julian.sparber, we want it on the phone but it requires avahi-daemon to be installed by default, which we don't want because it would expose ports to the outside world.

We need a good way for users to opt-in exposing their ports, it may require some design work.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
