Firefox 78: Popovers too small

with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 popups render too small but the input coordinates are still right (so you have to click outside the window to hit anything). Not using wayland works around this. Also affects FF 84 - maybe it gets tripped up because the internal display is scaling at 2 while external is scaling at 1.
