Provide default CSS

To make chatty, calls, OSK, phosh consistent please provide a CSS file that sets default padding, fonts, button styles, etc. that can be added to the different projects otherwise this will be very inconsistent.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
