Epiphany Web app to start in fullscreen

When adding a Web site as a webapplication it would be nice if one could set it to open in full screen mode, like a native app (no header bar). image A similar feature exists in Chrome for Android. This would also be nice for locally hosted webapps... (something like cordova).
