Epiphany Web app to start in fullscreen

When adding a Web site as a webapplication it would be nice if one could set it to open in full screen mode, like a native app (no header bar).
A similar feature exists in Chrome for Android.
This would also be nice for locally hosted webapps... (something like cordova).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
