Prefer IPv4 over IPv6
Even though WiFi is given priority over mobile data (see #130 (closed)), people can still fall under opposite impression when WiFi connection provides IPv4 only and mobile connection does IPv6, in which case anything that happens to be resolved over IPv6 will use mobile connection even if IPv4 address is also available and could be used over WiFi.
Adding precedence ::ffff:0:0/96 100
to /etc/gai.conf
(belonging to package libc-bin
) is supposed to make getaddrinfo prefer IPv4 over IPV6.
