Call audio latency

On some calls the outbound voice is delayed upto 3 seconds.

Need to figure out if this is pulseaudio or the modem.

Fixes for that appeared in amber-phone-staging repositories yesterday around 5 PM UTC (pulseaudio 12.2-4+deb10u1pureos+librem5.1 and wys 0.1.6). If you haven't updated afterwards, then that was expected.
