Use notifications to show missed calls

A quick hack so i no longer miss calls

TODO:

  • add call back button
  • address book lookup
  • squash missed calls of one contact in a single notification

We always generate a notification, even when calls is currently focused since this way people can reject calls in e.g. meetings and work through the notification list later to call people back (or dismiss the notification).
