More bad hacks (always play ringtone via loud speaker and default to handset during call)

Not switching audio profiles automatically leaves really bad first impressions, so in case we don't get any even slightly more reasonable solution let's have this hack around and ready. It would be great to not merge it in favor of something saner, but I have no idea how far are we from having anything saner there.

This obviously doesn't handle headphones in any way.
