contact-row: remove deprecated function

WIP because not entirely familiar with HdyAvatar stuff

I've tested locally and the avatar were still correctly shown in the contacts view.

/cc @alexander.mikhaylenko Is this okay or am I missing something?

What about async drawing with hdy_avatar_draw_to_pixbuf_async ()? Is that done "behind the scenes" if i'm using hdy_avatar_set_loadable_icon () or would this need some work (similar to commented out code)?
