Introduce stricter warnings for the build
This came about the recent discussion around using -Wstrict-prototypes.
Basically I looked at what phosh has, checked the manual for each flag and used what seemed reasonable (and what seemed like it would not take huge amounts to fix).
One thing I might want to add (maybe in a follow up) is -Wswitch-enum which is currently missing.
