Add list with entries from contacts database

Add a new view which lists contacts with phone numbers that are pulled from the database via libfolks

• add interface functions for libfolks
• add a new view for listing the contacts
• add a search header/function to the list
• unfold a list row to select a phone number if more than one is stored in a contact
