Split between "chats" and "new chats" is confusing

The later has search (nice!) while the former hasn't. Also if I have started a chat with a person already I can't find it in "new chat" anymore so I have to remember to search in both lists. With lots of "conversations" this is cumbersome and I end up searching in the wrong list.

Befor the "chats" view was introduced this problem didn't even exist.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
