mm-account: Find MMS messages by uid and update when found

Mohammed Sadiq requested to merge mohammed.sadiq/chatty:wip/sadiq/fix-mms-update into master

message id only exists for messages sent from the current chatty session, So this won't work for MMS messages sent from a different session. So find message match by UID and update if found
