tests: Bump timeout to 5 minutes

Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge evangelos.tzaras/chatty:bump-test-timeout into master

As the history test can take rather a long time on HDD we should bump the timeout.

I've not really checked what type of I/O is making this so slow and if the massive slowdown between HDD/SSD/tmpfs is to be expected, so feel free to tell me if this is not a suitable workaround
