Add support for blocking and unblocking chats

Currently it's allowed to block only 1 to 1 SMS/MMS chats as blocking a single user in multi user MMS chats may result in confusion (eg.: the same contact may not be blocked by a different user in the room and the thread replies may get weird with partial messages)
