matrix: Port to use libcmatrix

Mohammed Sadiq requested to merge mohammed.sadiq/chatty:wip/sadiq/libcmatrix into master

the matrix client is now better implemented separately. Use it for matrix support and remove local matrix implementation.

If you are testing with production data, please backup your ~/.purple directory first (while chatty is not running). Running this MR code shall migrate your matrix db to a new version and it SHALL NOT work with stable chatty releases.

If you are testing, please inform the bugs with logs in #713 as the logs may contain sensitive information.
