Remove muc autojoin option

Removes the redundant 'autojoin' switch in the 'New Group Chat' dialog. Like regular chats, MUC's can be left by choosing 'Leave Chat' in the sub-menu. They can be re-joined by selecting them in the 'New Chat' list.
