Don't replicate libhandy's build instructions

Guido Gunther requested to merge guido.gunther/chatty:libhandy into master

Libhandy needs additional build-deps so building it currently as described fails. Instead of playing catchup with libhandy's changes recommend the distro package and link to libhandy's own build instructions.
