window: Fix selection flicker when chat is updated

When any chat is updated, the chat list is updated. This results in a flicker (ie, the blue selection bar flickers) if the order of the currently selected item in chat list sidebar hasn’t changed. This is visible only if chatty is running in non-folded mode.
