ci: Fix 'before_script' for buster packages

Mohammed Sadiq requested to merge mohammed.sadiq/chatty:wip/sadiq/fix-ci into master

Use the default before_script. Also move 'libgtk-3-bin' 'xvfb' installation to 'script' so that it won't be available when packaging, which results in test failure.

So that the required packages are installed

this was broken with the upstream change librem5-ci@0286cdb9
