ci: Switch to byzantium

Mohammed Sadiq requested to merge mohammed.sadiq/chatty:wip/sadiq/ci into master

Some of the new code now requires byzantium/bullseye. Buster has become too old that we can't use some libsecret features which is required for flatpak. Also, since byzantium already contain all the packages we require for chatty, no additional repositories are required.
