run.in: show debug messages

Since this script was created for the purpose of running chatty from the build directory, something probably only done during development, it makes sense to show debug messages by default.

I'm not sure if we want this because G_MESSAGES_DEBUG=all results in too verbose logs. And one can run ./run -vvvv (no to many v to increase verbosity). Isn't that already simple?

Yes, that is simple!

That was not an obvious solution to me, and considering it is only a developer utility in the first place I did not really consider verbose logs as a problem.

I did alter my .desktop file to run this instead of the installed version so I like the -vvvv option better :D
