message-row: Don't show author for outgoing SMS/MMS

/cc @kop316, we don't display author label for SMS, I think we can do the same for MMS too. (since we use the same thread for sending SMS and MMS even if the SIM changes)
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
