byzantium: Add initramfs-tools

To get the package initramfs-tools automagically built I've created this MR based on that MR.

I've updated also the settings within the target repository before so it can exchange data as required:

$ GITLAB_TOKEN=... ./check-pureos-pkg-repo -i 155
