draft: Add crimson builds

This will become debian/latest so do no merge. I decided to use a separate branch so we can evolve packaging lists and scripts independently for different PureOS variants not riksing to break older releases.

If we want to abandon the package list !385 would be the way to go.

The pipelines are already active so fell free to test, otherise I'll run a couple of builds with the EOM phosh release.
