SIM card PIN Dialog allows invalid PIN code to be submitted
The PIN dialog for the SIM card does not inform the user if the PIN number is wrong. It acts as if the correct pin was typed.
You "only" notice that something is wrong because there is no cellular connection.
Ideally the dialog should inform the user that the PIN is wrong and do a retry.
