d/patches: add patch to disable sleep notifications
requested to merge martin.kepplinger/gnome-settings-daemon:no_sleep_notification into pureos/byzantium
Creating a notification to "warn" before going to sleep can defeat the purpose because an LED notification will draw the users' attention to the device and thus prevent it from being inactive and going to sleep.
