Some patches need some work, but I wanted to unblock gtk3 in crimson (it needs a rebuild against librest-1.0-0.
/cc @alice.mikhaylenko @adrien.plazas for rebasing patches: e.g. I've changed the event-compression patch slightly so that it applies (preserving the patches intent from what I can see)
I force applied (and refreshed) all the patches in pureos/adaptive/libhandy (only the Makefile.am bits didn't apply as autotools is gone)
and commented some others out (but still preserving the original patch, to make it easier to rebase if still needed)
Please note that this MR is targetting the newly branched pureos/latest
