Drop prebuilt files in gtk

Adrien Plazas requested to merge drop-gtk-prebuilt-files into librem5-3-24-8

This reverts dropping all prebuilt files and instead drop only the ones from the gtk directory.It should help targetting the remaining issues that I suspect we will face, and we will likely have to fix by fixing gtk/Makefile.am.
