Update to 4.4.0+ds1-5

4.3.1+ds-1pureos1 did not make it to the archive because of test suite failures on arm02. Let's see how 4.4 will fare.

This disables sysprof and cloudproviders features, because of respective dependencies being too old in byzantium. libcloudproviders should be easy to backport though, so this may get reenabled in the future (sysprof looks more complicated).
