This is a backport of 21.1.4-1 from Debian experimental, which fixes graphical corruption in Firefox on etnaviv.
It's needed for the phone, but not strictly necessary for laptops. Do we want to update it in byzantium? Would uploading it just for arm64 be a good idea?
