WIP: Update APN and MMSC settings of Librem AweSIM

This branch is a Work in progress to test and update the APN settings of Librem AweSIM now that we changed the backbone infra that we use.
At the moment it uses, settings that have been tested to work when introduced manually on a L5. If this works properly, then I can do an MR upstream. Also I am not in the US so I cannot test this and would like this tested before going upstream.
Testing is appreciated.
