d/patches: bluetooth: Increase the input and output MTU (on arm64)

Sebastian Krzyszkowiak requested to merge sebastian.krzyszkowiak/pulseaudio:mtu into pureos/byzantium

This is required for HFP/HSP on SparkLAN cards. Redpine cards don't support HFP/HSP and therefore aren't affected. The change is limited to arm64 to not affect laptops either.
