Declare apps to be suitable for phone (and desktops)

Adaptive applications that work on the phone and on "normal" desktops should include X-Adaptive=phone;desktop; in their desktop files.

This should be filed away somewhere in the developer documentation. Probably in the adaptive app tutorials and in an adaptive app guide. The existing examples should also be updated where appropriate. Just using phone on its own would be helpful.
