Credit all contributors

Epic: https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/use-cases/issues/62

While it is easy to get a list of contributors via git log, this doesn't show the contributors whose names are found inside files. For example, translations imported from Zanata and committed by someone other than the author.

It would be useful to have a credits list for each component, and there could be a script to help generate this.

There should perhaps be a policy about this.
