Reflashing: Remove link to old blog post and video, mention enabling universe for Ubuntu

The blog post and video are both out of date:

  • the blog post's instructions for installing dependencies are no longer accurate
  • the video uses librem5-devkit-tools intead of librem5-flash-image
  • both lack --stable

It's a nice video, but unfortunately linking to out of date content confuses users who may prefer to watch the video and then fail to flash their phone as a result.

The uuu package is in Universe for Ubuntu, which is not enabled by default.
