Add Xiaomi Poco F1 feedbackd theme

The Poco F1 is currently being mainlined and run Phosh on postmarketOS and Mobian. We have a close to mainline kernel with a haptics driver currently being developed by Caleb for feedbackd. There is no support for LED yet. Audio and Haptics is working, so we are only adding support for them.
