led-qcom: Check for LED driver

The hw_pattern attribute is driver specific. Ensure we don't apply the LED pattern to unknown drivers.

This also fixes a leak in the qcom-multicolor handler.

@DylanVanAssche could you check this on a real device, I only have the umockdev files for testing.
