feedback-manager: Track DBus clients and end feedbacks if the go away

Recent calls crashes made my phone go wonky since the respawning calls process triggered the feedbacks again which didn't end well.

I'll clean this up a little tomorrow but want to get this out so CI can do it's job, etc.
