feedback-manager: Search for themes in XDG_CONFIG_HOME first
This would allow users to create their own feedback profiles without editing system files or using root privileges.
I have tested this change and works fine, but it is marked as WIP because it depends on !55 (closed). Also, it might be interesting to add some documentation about this. Any suggestion on where to place it?
