Add initial BT device list

I keep forgetting what worked and what not with which version so lets have a list similar to what we do in https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/firmware-tps6598x-nonfree - we can't put it toplevel since the package is 3.0 (quilt) but once the list grew a bit we can link from the repo description.
