Drop-down list in Power settings does not adapt properly near top or bottom of screen
In the Power settings there is a drop-down list for "Blank Screen" time limit, it normally looks like this:
When it appears as above, not touching either top or bottom of the screen, then there is no problem.
However, if "Never" is selected and the windows is scrolled so that the list is near the top of the screen, then there is a problem, it looks like this and in this case the user is unable to select the "1 minute" choice, it never appears even if trying to scroll inside the list itself:
Similarly, if "1 minute" is selected and the window is scrolled to the bottom, then it is not possible to select "Never", it looks like this:
I think the issue is that the drop-down list has the wrong idea about the screen space it has to work with, it believes that it can also use the space above and below the window (where in reality the phosh top bar and bottom bar are, the app is not allowed to use that space).
For comparison, here is what it looks like on a desktop GNOME system, where a small up or down arrow (triangle) appears and it becomes possible to scroll the list so that all options can be reached. I think this is how it should look if the drop-down list had correct info about the top and bottom limits of the part of the screen that it is allowed to use:
