Some of the settings in "Universal Access" currently break things quite badly on the phone.

• High Contrast breaks things all over the place, especially in Phosh (e.g. app icons are invisible). This issue is somewhat of an upstream problem, as the HC stylesheet is undermaintained and apps don't test with it enough. There are some best practices we can follow to minimize issues with our own stuff, but long-term we should fix this upstream.
• Large Text makes a lot of views not fit the screen. Most apps just barely fit onto 360, so making the text/widgets bigger makes them not fit anymore. In order to fix this we'd need to advise developers to test whether their apps fit onto 360px with this setting enabled, and more generally, make sure their apps can get a little smaller than exactly 360.
