Booting with WiFi HKS enabled, removes WiFi from Control Center
When booting with WiFi disabled via the hardware kill switch, the WiFi option disappears from Gnome Control Center entirely.
Expected behavior: When booting with WiFi HKS, WiFi option remains in the control center but behaves like the Bluetooth option and informs the user that no WiFi hardware was found.
Actual behavior: Booting with WiFi HKS removes WiFi option entirely. Enabling WiFi via HKS after boot does not cause the menu to reappear.
