No icon in the overview switcher

Same issue as Librem5/gnome-software#9 (closed), there is a weird glitchy icon in the overview switcher instead of the real app icon.

It's most likely because phosh now contains a workaround for apps with "gnome-" prefix in their app IDs: Librem5/phosh!373 (merged)

We already had a different workaround in place there (for apps missing their "org.gnome." prefix). You may look for https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/phosh/blob/master/src/activity.c#L167 to know if it's all right.
